About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to provide vital support to our International Sales Manager and wider New Zealand Sales Team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in keeping our sales operations running smoothly while ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the International Sales Manager and Sales Team Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and sales team activities Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates Maintain accurate customer records and sales data within our CRM system Liaise with local suppliers including embroiderers, manufacturers, and service providers Support communication and coordination across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams Deliver outstanding customer service and assist with customer enquiries Help manage sales documentation, quotations, and order administration Provide additional logistics and operational support as required Oversee and coordinate our local school sales, managing enquiries and customer relationships through our on-site showroom About You You're a proactive self-starter who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the person who keeps everything organised and on track. Ideally, You'll Bring: Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or a similar coordination role Excellent organisational and time-management skills The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications A customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Apparel, uniform, retail, or product-based industry experience is advantageous but not essential A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to contribute to team success Why Join Global Velocity?
