Our client is looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of a wide range of marketing campaigns. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys managing the detail, working across multiple priorities and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. The Role Working closely with the wider marketing team and key stakeholders, you will help coordinate campaigns from initial briefing through to delivery. You will support campaign timelines, prepare marketing materials, manage approvals and ensure activity is rolled out consistently across relevant channels. This is not a purely administrative position. You will be actively involved in campaign execution and will need to be comfortable taking ownership of tasks, following up with stakeholders and keeping multiple projects moving. Key Responsibilities Coordinating multiple marketing campaigns at different stages Supporting the delivery of digital, email, social, print and in-store activity Managing campaign timelines, briefs, approvals and marketing assets Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and external partners Updating campaign trackers, calendars and reporting documents Proofreading marketing materials and checking brand consistency Assisting with content development and campaign communications Monitoring campaign activity and helping prepare performance reports Managing administrative tasks that support the wider marketing function Ensuring deadlines, budgets and deliverables remain on track About You You will be organised, practical and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will enjoy being involved in the day-to-day delivery of campaigns and will be confident managing several tasks at once. You will ideally bring: Previous experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role Hands-on experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns Strong organisation and project coordination skills Excellent written communication and attention to detail Confidence working with multiple stakeholders An understanding of digital marketing, email, social media and content The ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership Experience using marketing platforms, content management systems or project management tools What Is on Offer This is an excellent opportunity to build broad campaign experience within a supportive marketing team.
