Service Manager (Fire Alarms / Sprinklers) With over 40 years of experience, Fire Control Services is a leading company in the fire protection industry, specializing in fire system installation, testing, maintenance. We take pride in providing top quality service and expertise in the installation and servicing of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, building warrant of fitness, fire extinguishers & other services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our company. This role suits someone with strong fire alarm fault-finding, servicing, and estimating experience . Sprinkler system experience is a strong advantage. You will oversee daily service operations in the office while remaining hands-on when required. Responsibilities also include managing service calls, supporting technicians, fault-finding complex issues, and ensuring high-quality delivery of testing, surveying, and remedial works. You will diagnose and resolve faults across fire alarm systems, prepare estimates for remedial works and upgrades, and liaise with clients to identify improvement opportunities. You will also ensure accurate recording of labour, materials, and variations. Key Requirements: Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems Proven fault-finding, servicing, and estimating experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Confidence in testing, surveying, and remedial works Sprinkler experience (desirable) Strong communication, organization, and time management Minimum 5+ years' industry experience We Offer: Permanent full-time role (40+ hours) + Weekly pay Attractive salary package with additional benefits aligned to the role.
