Off The Ledge is looking for an experienced Rope Access Technician to join our team of around 25 people who genuinely love what they do. This is an opportunity to build a career in the abseiling and building maintenance industry, working across a variety of sites and projects. You'll be part of a positive, high-trust environment where honesty, integrity and looking after your teammates are genuinely important. You'll have the opportunity to work in different cities, develop your skills, progress into leadership and management positions, and have your IRATA re-certification or upskilling paid for. About the role Your days will be varied and may include: Abseiling and industrial rope access work Building washing and maintenance Window cleaning Ground work and other light duties Other cosmetic trade work Working across different sites and environments All necessary equipment is provided. What we're looking for A genuine interest in building washing is essential. We're looking for someone who enjoys this type of work and wants to develop their career in building washing, window cleaning and rope access long term. This isn't intended as a stepping stone into another trade within the business - we want someone who is excited about becoming highly skilled in this field. You’ll ideally have: Building washing and/or window cleaning experience IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3, or NZQA Level 3 Industrial Rope Access A good head for heights and confidence working at height A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in The ability to adapt easily to different environments and job sites A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others Strong communication skills and a commitment to honesty and integrity A drug and alcohol-free lifestyle Why join Off The Ledge?
