About Child Health Services: Our service is committed to Māori health gain and achieving equity of outcomes for Māori and Pacific tamariki. We have two level 2 special care baby units at the North Shore and Waitākere sites. Inpatient Paediatric admissions are in the 32 bed Rangatira ward at Waitākere hospital and in our modern busy emergency department providing care to tamariki in a separate childrens emergency area. We deliver outpatient clinics across hospital and community sites, including visiting clinics to the Rodney region. Involvement in Gateway clinics, Child Protection, Community Paediatrics, and regional initiatives can be discussed with the successful applicant. This position is available from early December.
