We're looking for a passionate Lingerie & Women's Wellness Specialist to join our team, delivering exceptional service across our carefully curated collections of premium lingerie and women's wellness products. This is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable exploring products that support confidence, comfort, self-care and overall wellbeing. Working alongside our wider retail team, you'll build meaningful relationships, share expert product knowledge and deliver the premium service Faradays is known for. What you'll be responsible for Deliver personalised consultations tailored to each client's individual needs. Build meaningful, long-term relationships through exceptional service. Create a welcoming and supportive environment where every client feels comfortable and valued. Provide thoughtful recommendations with professionalism, confidence and discretion. Develop specialist knowledge across our premium lingerie and women's wellness collections. Educate clients on product features, fit, fabrication, benefits and appropriate product selection. Represent premium international brands with authenticity and passion. Support exclusive shopping appointments, product launches and client events. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns. Work collaboratively with Buying, Retail Operations and Marketing to support launches, campaigns and events. What we're looking for Experience in premium retail, lingerie, beauty, wellness or client advisory roles. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. A naturally warm, empathetic and professional approach. Confidence discussing personal wellbeing needs with empathy, professionalism and discretion. A genuine passion for helping women feel confident and supported. Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to selling. Exceptional attention to detail and presentation. Why Faradays?
