We’re on the hunt for a Forklift Operator to join our Mount Maunganui branch! Afternoon Shift: Monday – Friday 4.00pm – 12.30am About the role - Mō te tūranga Looking for a role that gives you your days back? This could be the perfect fit. Whether you're studying, managing family commitments, or simply prefer working later in the day, this role offers stable hours with a supportive team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be loading and unloading freight, scanning, sorting and keeping everything moving safely and on time. No two days are the same – its’ a fast‑paced, physical role where teamwork is key. Load and unload all freight safely and securely, for both road and rail units. Achieve branch operational objectives by using On-time to scan freight efficiently. Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe and proficient manner. Maintain good working relationships. Communicate effective within a team environment What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga? Clean Full NZ Class 1 License – must have Forklift License with OSH cert – must have Dangerous Good Endorsement – ideal Customer-focused attitude Communication and teamwork skills Experience driving on New Zealand roads Our staff welfare trust will cover 80% of your medical bills up to $1500 per year.
