Our client is on the look out for an experience Finance Manager.Lead a small team to deliver high-quality financial, data analysis, and administrative services to the organisation. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, analysis and insight, internal controls, payroll and administration. Experience Full Membership of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand is essential (CPA Australia or CIMA or equivalent). Experience managing payroll with knowledge of payroll tax and employment legislation. Strong people leadership, coaching skills and experience. Experience in not for profit or health sector is desirable. Proven communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional written communication, with extensive experience producing high standard professional documents. An understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite and Financial Information Systems.
