Step into a hands-on leadership role with a respected Central-Canterbury agricultural contracting business. EAL AgriServices Group is a well-established Southbridge-based agricultural contracting business providing cultivation, drilling, baling, cartage, and feed solutions to rural clients. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Team Captain to lead our 10 – 15 strong team, strengthen culture, and help shape the future of the business. You’ll work closely with our Managing Director and Operations Manager to lead operations, people, customer relationships, financial performance, and business growth. What You'll Bring Leadership experience in agriculture, contracting, rural services, or a related sector. Strong agronomic or farm systems knowledge. Practical machinery knowledge with the willingness to work hands-on in the field when needed. A positive, people-first leadership style that builds strong team culture. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
