About the Role Make a lasting difference in the lives of tamariki and their whānau through early intervention and family-centred care. As a Clinical Paediatric Dietitian, you will work with children aged 0 to 16 years, across a broad and varied caseload, including nutritional, feeding, developmental and complex health needs. You will provide specialist nutritional assessment and intervention while working closely with whānau and the wider multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes. You will be supported through regular professional supervision, peer support and opportunities to further develop your specialist paediatric dietetic practice. About the Team/Service/Location The Child Development Service in Whakatāne is a small, highly dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to supporting tamariki and whānau across the Eastern Bay of Plenty. You will work closely alongside Occupational Therapists and a wider range of allied health professionals within a collaborative and supportive environment that values shared learning and professional growth. Based in Whakatāne, this role offers the opportunity to combine rewarding community focused work with a truly relaxing lifestyle. About You Passionate about paediatric care, you enjoy building trusted relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues. You are a collaborative clinician who values teamwork, embraces learning, and is committed to helping children reach their full potential.
