Our client is a well-established, values-driven incredibly successful NZ business known for looking after its people properly — and they're on the hunt for an HR Admin gun to join their close-knit, genuinely supportive HR team. This is a high-volume, hands-on role where no two days look the same. You'll be the engine room behind the HR function — keeping the HRIS humming, onboarding new starters smoothly, managing exits with care, and making sure the paperwork, processes and data integrity never slip. You'll get real exposure across the full employee lifecycle: recruitment support, remuneration, performance, ER, policy, L&D, health and safety — the lot! What you'll be doing: Managing and maintaining the HRIS — data accuracy, user access, reporting, the works Coordinating onboarding and offboarding, chasing down missing documentation, keeping compliance on track Drafting job ads, offer letters and employment agreements for manager sign-off Monitoring HR inboxes, triaging enquiries and knowing when to elevate Administering employee benefits, long service milestones and surveys Supporting system upgrades, testing and continuous improvement initiatives Jumping in on general admin and reception cover when needed What they're after: 2+ years' HR administration experience HRIS systems know-how (Cornerstone on Demand experience is a bonus, not a must) Solid foundation knowledge of NZ employment law Sharp attention to detail — this role has zero room for error A discreet, mature approach to confidential information Genuine initiative — you don't wait to be asked, and you're not afraid to put your hand up and challenge a process if there's a better way A real willingness to learn and grow with the team You’ll be joining a team that genuinely has each other's backs — where your contribution is noticed, your development matters, and "doing what's right" isn't just a poster on the wall. #J-18808-Ljbffr
