About the role This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your legal career by joining our high-performing Corporate Commercial team. Working closely with partners Anne McLeod and Sarah Simmers, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, commercial contracts, private equity, venture capital and corporate advisory work. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that takes pride in delivering trusted, pragmatic advice while fostering a culture of shared knowledge, professional development and genuine support. About you This role is ideal for a lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to deepen their expertise in Corporate Commercial law. You’ll bring strong technical and interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in corporate and commercial matters. Motivated and commercially minded, you'll enjoy working closely with clients and colleagues while continuing to grow your expertise in part of a supportive team.
