We have a unique and exciting opportunity to work in a variety of roles spanning all hotel departments from Housekeeping to Food & Beverage. That's where you come in. You will need to have 3-6 months of experience in the hospitality sector or customer service, and a positive "Can Do" attitude is essential. We have great training, and you will be exposed to many departments, so this is an excellent first step if you are considering a long-term career in the hotel industry. It's important that you love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy assisting where required. In this role, you will: Be part of the housekeeping team, maintaining the cleanliness & appearance of guest rooms Welcome guests and manage the check-in/out process, allocation of rooms and daily cashiering Assist guests with information on hotel products and services Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages Get stuck in with the Kitchen crew, assisting with prep & dishes Be part of the housekeeping team, maintaining the cleanliness & appearance of guest rooms Welcome guests and manage the check-in/out process, allocation of rooms and daily cashiering Assist guests with information on hotel products and services Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages Get stuck in with the Kitchen crew, assisting with prep & dishes You will need to be fit and flexible for day, night, and weekend shifts, 9 hours per week.
