You will work closely with the National Sales Manager - Industrial and be the main point of contact for industrial product enquiries, providing technical assistance, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to deliver efficient, customer-focused solutions. You'll support customers across manufacturing, water, food processing, infrastructure and industrial automation sectors, some of New Zealand's most important industrial operations. Responsibilities: Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and branch teams, providing expert guidance on industrial products and applications. Develop solution-based quotations that help customers deliver successful industrial projects and operational outcomes. Work with key suppliers to support sales & technical initiatives (i.e. customer & staff training). Proactively manage customer enquiries, backorders, and product substitutions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. What do I need? Proven experience within the industrial electrical sector, ideally including industrial control, automation, motors, drives, switchgear or related product categories. Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders. A passion for solving technical problems and helping customers find the right industrial solution. Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility.
