About the Role You're commercially savvy, relationship-focused, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You're ready to step into a future partnership, but you also enjoy being hands-on-consulting with clients, reviewing complex work, and contributing to a senior team who value your input. The team is highly experienced and capable—they don’t need hand-holding, but they do appreciate a second opinion. You'll be setting the standard by providing exceptional, client-centered solutions and leading by example. You’ll also have the chance to grow the firm’s reach through networking, cross-selling, and referrals, while working alongside Partners who are genuine, open, and ready to welcome the right person into equity. About you You could be a BAS Manager, Senior Manager, Associate, Associate Director, Salaried Partner, or even the owner of a small firm looking to bring your clients with you. You're the kind of person who sees the long game and knows the value of building something meaningful. You're technically strong, you care about people, and you want to be somewhere that respects your time and input. You bring: CA qualification 5+ years in a New Zealand public practice firm working with high-end clients Experience reviewing and signing off work A mature, polished, and autonomous approach A genuine desire to invest in the future of a firm and take on equity in the near term A client base would be highly regarded but isn’t essential for the right person.
