We’re looking for someone to co‑ordinate incoming and outgoing stock movements and to promote and develop consistent, accurate and safe processes to support the smooth running of our Inwards Goods. If you’re super organised, have a great eye for detail and a background in warehousing, inventory control and retail operations, this is the role for you. About the role A day in our Inwards Goods involves the receipting, storage and distribution of a wide variety of goods, from gumboots to agricultural chemical and kitchenware to farm gates. As our Inwards Goods Co‑ordinator, you will have a strong focus on inventory accuracy, workplace health and safety, operational efficiency, and excellent internal and external customer service. You will also be the champion of Inwards Goods, providing practical guidance, training and support to our team while supporting the development of our operating procedures. About you We’re looking for someone who ideally brings: 2 -3 years’ experience in warehousing, inventory control, logistics, retail operations or another relevant environment A full NZ driver and forklift license A high level of skill and experience operating a forklift Dangerous Goods and Certified Handler licenses The ability and confidence to build strong, mutually beneficial customer relationships, both internally and externally An affinity and genuine interest in agribusiness and the farming sector A great attitude, strong initiative, and a collaborative style Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
