In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our guests experience the high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail that Ebb-Dunedin is known for. What you'll be doing Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards Restocking and replenishing guest supplies and amenities Assisting with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Manager Ensuring the hotel's appearance is always welcoming and inviting Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols What we're looking for Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Good time management and organisational skills Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays What we offer Competitive hourly rate Opportunities for career development Staff discounts A range of health and well-being initiatives About us Ebb-Dunedin is a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Dunedin Central.
