Industrial Tube Manufacturing – Hamilton, North Island About the role We’re looking for a part‑time IT Support Person to provide day‑to‑day IT support across our business. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in IT support. Key responsibilities Provide first‑level IT support to staff across production, sales, maintenance, and admin Set up new devices, install software, and maintain user accounts Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues Assist with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Escalate complex issues to the Senior IT Support Person What we’re looking for Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or helpdesk Understanding of hardware, networks, and Microsoft 365 Good problem‑solving and communication skills Customer‑focused, organised, and eager to learn Hours Guaranteed minimum 20 Hours per week. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of systems, work closely with an experienced IT lead, and be part of a supportive team in a stable, long‑standing manufacturing business.
