This is a hands-on Product Owner role for someone who enjoys the full product lifecycle, from understanding user needs through to shaping delivery, managing trade-offs, and supporting releases. You’ll be the person who brings clarity when priorities compete. One day you might be balancing sprint scope with the Tech Lead and Scrum Master; the next, you could be triaging BAU issues, gathering client feedback, or turning usage data into better product decisions. It’s a role with genuine ownership. You’ll influence how the product evolves, help the team focus on the right work, and make sure stakeholders understand the “why” behind decisions. The team works closely across product, technology and stakeholders, with a strong focus on thoughtful prioritisation, clear communication and continuous improvement. This role is based in Dunedin.
