About the Role As the Clinical Team Manager, you will provide visible clinical, professional and operational leadership to Kia Tū Ngāwari (Infant Child Adolescent Mental Health Services) in the Mid North. Working in partnership with the Service Manager, Clinical Head of Department, Cultural Lead and multidisciplinary team, you will support the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred services for infants, children, young people and families/whānau experiencing mental health and addiction challenges. This is a diverse leadership role where no two days are the same. You will lead service operations, workforce development, quality improvement initiatives, recruitment and performance management while fostering a positive team culture that supports learning, innovation and clinical excellence. About the Team/Service/Location Kia Tū Ngāwari provides specialist Infant, Child, Youth, Maternal Mental Health and Addiction Services, alongside the Early Intervention Psychosis Service, supporting tamariki, rangatahi and whānau across Te Tai Tokerau.
