Truck Driver + Despatch Supervisor -Saturday Tuesday to Saturday | Full-Time | 40+ Hours per Week Join Bidfood, NZ’s foodservice leader! We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to take on a dual role combining delivery driving and dispatch duties. About the Role This is a split-role position: Tuesday to Friday (5:30am – 1:00pm): Delivering foodservice orders across the Central North Island and Bay of Plenty. You’ll be the face of Bidfood to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Saturday (9:00am – 5:30pm): Dispatch duties, including signing drivers back in, checking paperwork, and supporting the warehouse team. Provide dispatch and Duty Manager support as required, including oversight of transport operations, driver sign-in procedures, and maintaining operational continuity during weekends, leave, and sickness cover. What You’ll Need Class 2 or 4 Licence with a clean driving history Proven reliability and punctuality Previous foodservice delivery experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of the Central North Island and Bay of Plenty regions Excellent communication skills and a good grasp of written/spoken English High level of physical fitness Ability to pass pre-employment checks including drug and alcohol screening NZ work eligibility Have experience using computers, Microsoft suite and be able to learn warehouse management software What We Offer Stable full-time role in a growing company Competitive wages + overtime All required uniform and PPE provided Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
