Construction & Technical Recruitment – Wellington, North Island $115,000 - $135,000 a year 13d ago , from Construction and Technical Recruitment A strong opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor This role would suit someone with around 4+ years’ experience who enjoys being involved across the full commercial process and wants to continue developing within a stable, high-performing environment. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of commercial projects and be involved from pre-construction through to delivery, working closely with experienced project and commercial teams. The role You’ll be responsible for a broad range of commercial duties including: Estimating, measuring and preparing budgets Tendering and subcontractor procurement Managing variations, claims and progress payments Cost forecasting and financial reporting Supporting projects through pre-construction and delivery Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers Experience measuring concrete and carpentry works would be an advantage. About you A relevant Quantity Surveying qualification Around 4+ years’ experience in commercial or multi-residential construction Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Good communication and negotiation skills A practical, team-focused approach The confidence to take ownership of your work and build strong relationships This is a great opportunity to join an experienced team with a solid pipeline of work and genuine long-term career potential.
