Fresh out of the discovery phase, this high-profile project will redefine the claims experience and launch the first phase of a broader 5-year digital transformation journey. What You’ll Do Mobilize & Lead: Set up and drive programme delivery from day one, backed by strong Executive and Board support. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital CX, the AI Centre of Excellence, Claims, Tech, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to embed responsible AI practices. Delivery Discipline: Own Jira boards, RAID logs, metrics, and progress tracking across multiple integrated delivery streams. Governance & Reporting: Facilitate showcases, steering forums, and produce polished executive-level reporting. Ways of Working: Build alignment, structure, and momentum across teams with differing priorities. What You’ll Bring Experience: Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale Agile or hybrid programmes. Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Jira, workflow design, and delivery analytics. Governance & Influence: Strong stakeholder management, ability to challenge constructively, and exceptional executive communication skills. Mindset: Calm, structured approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes. AI Tooling: Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance project delivery is highly regarded. Key Attributes Extensive experience delivering complex Agile or hybrid programmes. Deep expertise in Jira, delivery reporting, workflow design and metrics. Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to quickly create alignment across teams with differing priorities and perspectives.
