Warranty & Parts Coordinator

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Parts & Warranty Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for managing warranty claims, maintaining our parts inventory, dispatching orders, updating our online parts catalogue, and supporting dealers and customers. Key responsibilities Process and manage warranty claims with manufacturers Provide warranty support to dealers and customers Assess warranty claims and determine eligibility in accordance with warranty policies Liaise with manufacturers regarding warranty approvals, technical enquiries and claim resolutions Respond to parts and warranty enquiries via phone and emailSupport customers, dealers and distributors throughout New Zealand, Australia and other international markets Pick, pack and dispatch motorcycle parts Receive and check incoming parts deliveries Order parts and maintain appropriate stock levels Maintain accurate inventory records About you Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Experience with DMS and dealer portal systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in parts, warranty, automotive, motorcycle or mechanical industries is preferred but not essential Interest or experience in motorcycles, dirt bikes or powersports Experience with inventory, ERP or dealer management systems Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) About us We are one of Australasia's growing motorcycle distributors.
