Our client is a well-established medium-sized Chartered Accounting firm that has experienced strong growth over recent years. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to add an experienced Senior Accountant to their team. This role offers a genuine mix of compliance and advisory work, with the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio while continuing to develop your technical and commercial skills. Senior Accountant Our client is a well-established medium-sized Chartered Accounting firm that has experienced strong growth over recent years. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to add an experienced Senior Accountant to their team. This role offers a genuine mix of compliance and advisory work, with the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio while continuing to develop your technical and commercial skills. The Role You will manage your own portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries, building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Your responsibilities will include: Preparation of financial statements and tax returns Budgeting and forecasting Management reporting Business planning and advisory Cashflow forecasting Tax planning and structuring with Partner support Assisting clients with day-to-day business and tax queries As you develop within the role, you will also become involved in reviewing work, mentoring junior staff and assisting with workflow management. Clients You’ll work with a varied client base including: Financial Services Construction Retail Horticulture Property and Investment High Net Worth Individuals The firm has an excellent mix of established SMEs and growing businesses, providing exposure to interesting and varied work.
