We're busy (in a good way!), we're growing fast, and our Highbrook team needs a Warranties & Faults superstar to keep our customers looked after when things need sorting. What the job is about You’ll be the calm, capable voice customers reach when they have a fault or warranty question — logging issues, booking the right tech, chasing parts, and following jobs through to a happy ending. Some days fly by with non‑stop calls; other days bring tricky puzzles, grateful customers, and plenty of laughs with the team. No HVAC knowledge? No problem — we'll teach you. What you’ll be doing Logging faults and warranty claims and getting them moving Booking technicians to the right job at the right time Chasing parts and suppliers so customers aren't left waiting Updating the CRM — nothing complicated, training provided Following jobs through to completion with friendly updates along the way Working with a supportive crew who have your back What you’ll bring A friendly, patient phone manner and the confidence to handle tricky conversations Great organisation skills — you love a job that's tracked and closed off properly A problem-solver’s mindset and willingness to learn Reliability (because customers and the team depend on you) Ability to juggle multiple open cases without losing your cool Team player with a sense of humour — we like to keep the office fun!
