We offer our guests a truly authentic Thai dining experience in a relaxed and welcoming setting. The Role We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a passionate front-of-house team, and maintain the immaculate standards that we are proud of. You will work closely with the Head Chef to shape our food and beverage offerings and drive financial success. Key Responsibilities Menu Planning:Work with the chef to manage the food and beverage program, actively contributing to the selection, sourcing, and curation of the menu and beverage list. Operations:Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service from setup to close. Team Leadership:Select, train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff to maintain a high-performing team. Quality & Safety:Establish and enforce strict food safety and service standards across the venue. Event Management:Plan, organize, and execute special private functions and bespoke dining events. Financial Management:Monitor purchasing and price levels to align strictly with the establishment's budget. Skills and Experience Required 2 years of relevant work experience OR A relevant NZQF level 5 or higher qualification(management/business/hospitality) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independentlyAbility to work weekends and public holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
