Location: RadiusHawthorne, 10 St Winifreds Pl, Bryndwr, Christchurch Hours of work: Full time, approx 32 hours per week About the role: As a Clinical Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, resident-focused care. You’ll work hands-on on the floor, providing direct care and clinical oversight in the psychogeriatric wings, while also mentoring and coaching other Registered Nurses to grow their skills and confidence.You’lllead by example, support and develop clinical staff, and ensure compliance with health and disability standards. What you'll be doing Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documents Work on the floor to deliver and oversee resident care Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to nursing and care staff in psychogeriatric wings Ensure best practice care is delivered consistently Manage risk, quality, and compliance with sector standard Oversee infection control, wound care, and medication management Coordinate with GPs, pharmacies, and allied health professionals Lead audits, care planning, and staff development initiatives Why Join Us?
