Underground Light Vehicle Mechanic - Fleet Maintenance

Location: Tauranga (Bay of Plenty) Job type: Full-time Duration: Permanent Pay: Minimum $25.00 and maximum $35.00 Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed, between 9 am and 7 pm Relevant Experience: Minimum two years Willing to work on weekends (Working days will be between Monday and Sunday) To assess the mobile phones' functionality, install and update phone software, and troubleshoot wiring problems Solid knowledge of phone hardware, software, and operating systems Communicating with customers to learn about their repair needs Working on cell phones and mobile devices from various brands, models, and operating systems Troubleshooting devices to identify aspects of the programming that might need repairs Completing surface-level repairs, such as cracked LCD screens, stuck or missing buttons or scratched surfaces Repairing complex parts of mobile devices, such as their wiring, control pads and programming Ensuring our products receive the highest standard of alignment, testing, and repair prior to being shipped to our customers. Processing incoming trade-in orders for used phones Monitoring repair jobs in progress, including warranty & service replacements. Familiarity with network troubleshooting and configurations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services.
