We’re on the lookout for experienced Class 2–4 drivers to join a growing civil construction team based in Tauranga. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your driving and want steady work with a solid crew—this could be a great fit. About the Role You’ll be supporting a range of civil projects across the Tauranga region, operating trucks and assisting with on-site works. This is a hands‑on role, so expect a mix of driving and labouring as part of a team delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. What You’ll Be Doing Operating Class 2 - 4 vehicles (tip trucks, hook, water carts, etc.) Transporting materials safely to and from job sites Assisting with general civil labouring duties when required Working alongside machine operators and ground crews Maintaining vehicles and adhering to health & safety standards What We’re Looking For Full Class 2 - 4 licence (minimum Class 2 required) Previous experience in civil construction or similar environments WTR endorsements (advantageous but not essential) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions Commitment to health and safety practices What’s On Offer Competitive hourly rates (based on experience) Ongoing, consistent work with potential for long‑term opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the civil industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
