Sarin Hotels is seeking a motivated housekeeping professional to step into Housekeeping Supervisor role at The Muse Art Hotel – Christchurch This role is well-suited to an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career, as well as a supervisor with prior experience who is looking to join a supportive and growing hotel group. Housekeeping Supervisor Full-Time | Permanent About the Roles As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a hands‑on leadership role, supporting daily operations while developing your people-management and operational skills. You will be supported by management as you grow into the role and contribute to maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest experience. Key Responsibilities Support and supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas Guide, train, and support housekeeping team members on shift Assist with daily work allocation and roster coverage Conduct room checks and follow up on quality or maintenance matters Promote safe work practices, hygiene standards, and compliance Work collaboratively with Front Office and Maintenance teams About You Currently in a senior housekeeping role or ready to step up into your first supervisory position Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping environment (4 or 5-star experience preferred) A positive, reliable team player with emerging leadership skills Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays Eligible to work in New Zealand What We Offer Full-time permanent employment Competitive remuneration aligned to experience and development level Supportive leadership and on-the-job guidance Genuine career progression opportunities within Sarin Hotels Exposure to a boutique hotel environment Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ open work visa . #J-18808-Ljbffr
