European Bakery Ltd – Frankton, South Island This role is for experienced bread bakers who have a passion for bread and the bread making process. Be able to shape sourdough and other bread Be able to mix dough from scratch Be able to operate deck/rotational ovens in a large scale commercial artisan bakery. Work in a fast paced environment Love working in a team environment We bake 7 days a week and most shifts starting at 9.00am but if you are an experienced mixer or great with ovenwork then a 7am start may be required. Rostered 5 days on 2 days off.
