We're growing - and we're looking for a driven, experienced Branch Manager to lead our Canterbury and South Island operations. About the Role As our Christchurch Branch Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee project delivery, and contribute to strategic growth of the branch. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about health, safety and making a positive impact. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the team across asbestos and restoration projects Ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard as per New Zealand regulations and guidelines Manage branch financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and reporting Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals Drive continuous improvement in operations, health & safety, and team development Collaborate with senior leadership to align branch goals with company strategy About You Proven experience in a senior operational, project management, or branch leadership role (preferably in asbestos, construction, or restoration sectors) Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets & contracts - you understand margins, KPI's, and growth A natural leader with excellent communication and people management skills Results-orientated, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure Bonus: Class A/B Asbestos Supervisor licence or asbestos industry experience is advantageous What TechClean Offers A Competitive Salary, vehicle, mobile phone, laptop + tools of the trade Performance incentives aligned to operational and financial KPI's The opportunity to lead a high-performing, purpose-driven team within a leading New Zealand asbestos removal company.
