This is an exciting opportunity for someone with digital media buying experience who is ready to further develop their planning capabilities while working across some of New Zealand's leading brands. As a Digital Planner, you'll play a key role in the planning, buying, implementation, optimisation, reporting, and analysis of digital campaigns. Working closely with our media teams, specialist digital experts, and clients, you'll help deliver innovative and effective media solutions that drive outstanding business outcomes. This is a full-time permanent position, based at our Mount Eden, Auckland office. The role guarantees a permanent full time hours of 37.5 hours per week and offers an annual salary of NZD $65,000 - $75,000, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. About the role What You'll Do Campaign Planning & Delivery Support the development and execution of digital media strategies and recommendations. Manage digital campaigns from planning and implementation through to post-campaign analysis. Build and maintain accurate media schedules and campaign documentation. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation. Ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and in line with client objectives. Client & Partner Management Develop strong relationships with clients, media partners, and internal stakeholders. Participate in client meetings and contribute confidently to presentations and recommendations. Brief media partners and specialist teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Communicate campaign updates, insights, and optimisation opportunities effectively. Reporting & Insights Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Produce post-campaign reporting and effectiveness reviews. Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure data accuracy. Leverage available tools and data sources to support planning and decision-making. Work closely with media, strategy, and specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions. Share industry trends, platform developments, and emerging opportunities. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and positive agency culture. Continuously seek smarter and more effective ways of working. About You We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and passionate about digital media. You'll Bring Tertiary qualification plus 2-3 years' experience in digital media buying, with planning experience highly regarded. Strong understanding of digital media channels, terminology, and best practice. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Confidence building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. A future-focused mindset and eagerness to learn.
