The Department Manager is responsible for leading outstanding QSC&V, sales, people practices and profit on their shifts. The Department Manager is a senior leader of the restaurant, ensuring that shift runs smoothly and safely, engaging the managers and crew to deliver great business outcomes. People: understands, role model and educates the team on relevant McDonald's polices, (respecful workplace policy, social media policy), labour laws and security and safety procedures. Sales: creates strategies to balance day to day activities with long term restaurant business plans. Develops and monitors plans for executing projects on time and within the budget.
