The Role You’ll work across a varied property practice, managing your own files and building strong relationships with a broad client base, to include: Residential property transactions Sale and purchase agreements Refinancing Subdivisions and property development General property matters Direct client contact and relationship management Wider private client work depending on your experience Renumeration You’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload while having the support and expertise of an established wider team around you. About You We’re looking for a New Zealand-qualified lawyer with: 2+ years PQE Sound property law experience Strong communication and client relationship skills Confidence managing files with appropriate support A practical and solutions-focused approach Strong attention to detail The ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team A broader general practice background with solid property experience will also be considered.
