The Plant People – Queenstown, South Island Are you passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes? Do you have a flair for craftsmanship and want to work on high-end residential projects in some of New Zealand’s most breathtaking regions? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Site Foreman to join our dynamic team and bring creativity, precision, and excellence to our landscaping projects across Queenstown, Cromwell, and Wanaka. 1 to 2 years of hard landscaping experience Ideally digger & machine experience Skills in tiling, paving, and detailed timber work Physically fit with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and team spirit Experience in horticulture (a bonus!) Full Class 1 driver’s license (Class 2 and WTR endorsements are a plus) Excellent communication skills Construct timber and block retaining walls, boardwalks, bridges, decking, handrails, and fencing Concrete prep-knowledge of reading plans with heights & falls Work with landscape architects to bring their designs to life Liaise with subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed in order Perform garden enhancement, ground preparation, planting, mulching, and staking Support grounds maintenance and assist other landscaping teams as needed Why Work With Us?
