Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey. We are situated in an historic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Currently the menu is in the style of that of an international hotel menu. We are in the process of transitioning to a Mediterranean menu with a focus on fresh, seasonal dishes supporting small artisan NZ producers where possible. We are having a refit, rebrand & relaunch in October. We are looking to increase the team to help support them over the busy season. We have a warm, friendly, family like team. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in cooking Mediterranean cuisine and in a perfect world will be a calm, happy, reliable person. We are looking for a minimum of 2-3 years' experience at CDP level. The role is until the 23rd of December and the candidate must have the legal right to work in NZ without sponsorship.
