Transam Logistics Auckland is seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead a small team of two Drivers and one Planner/Dispatcher. You will allocate work, coordinate operations, monitor performance and ensure customer and business requirements are met. This hands-on role covers depot, transport, dispatch and container control, with duties including shift briefings, safety, and promoting a positive working environment.
