About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager based in Tauranga to lead their Waikato and Bay of Plenty operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth across the region, leading their installation team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Tauranga branch, and growing sales throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty. The successful candidate will be a strong people leader with a proven sales background, capable of driving business growth while ensuring excellent customer service and operational performance. This role is based in Tauranga and requires regular travel throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty to support customers, develop new business opportunities, and provide leadership across the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Lead and support the installation team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Oversee the operational performance of the Tauranga branch. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve business objectives. About You Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a similar leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Full New Zealand driver's licence.
