Key Responsibilities Manage a full 360-degree recruitment desk, partnering with both clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with organisations across both the public and private sectors. Generate new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and proactive business development activities. Source, engage, and place high-calibre candidates into permanent and contract opportunities. Deliver exceptional service and market expertise to both clients and candidates. Take ownership of your portfolio and contribute to the ongoing growth of a successful, established team. A background in sales, account management, customer-facing roles, business development, or other KPI-driven environments. Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and building new business relationships. Strong communication skills and a professional, polished personal presentation. A natural ability to influence, network, and develop long-term relationships. Resilience, drive, and a competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed. A proactive approach and willingness to pick up the phone, make cold calls, and create opportunities.
