IDEA Services Ltd, part of the IHC Group in New Zealand, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with intellectual disabilities. You will work across our 24/7 services, including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, helping individuals build independence, confidence, and life skills.
