About the Role In this role, you will act as a trusted therapist and skin expert . You’ll be delivering a rich variety of advanced skin treatments, beauty fundamentals, and restorative massage. Your core daily treatments will include: Advanced Skin Work: High-level bespoke facials and skin needling. Massage Therapy: Restorative relaxation massage treatments. Lash & Brow Artistry: Lash and brow lamination, shaping, and tinting. The Fundamentals: Professional waxing, grooming, and skin consultations. At H&B, exceptional service goes beyond the treatment room. You will lead the entire client journey—conducting thorough consultations, creating personalized treatment plans, and recommending targeted homecare routines to ensure lasting results. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a reliable, warm, and highly capable therapist who takes deep pride in their craft. Non-Negotiable Requirements: Fully Certified: A recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy. Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on, in-clinic experience. Technical Confidence: Proven expertise and full confidence in performing: Facial services & skin needling Lash & brow lamination Relaxation massage Pedicures Hair Removal Client-First Mindset: Outstanding communication skills with confidence in recommending professional homecare products. Professionalism: Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and impeccable hygiene standards. Flexibility: Willingness to work a roster that includes late nights and weekend shifts. Bonus / Ideal Candidate Extras: Experience or talent in Makeup application, IPL, and Pregnancy Massage is a great bonus, though not strictly required. What We Offer Competitive Pay: $29 – $33 per hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses & commissions. Guaranteed Hours: Stability with a minimum of 20 hours per week (with potential for more).
