Mō tēnei tūranga | About this role This role is a part time fixed term (6 months) position based in our Christchurch Office reporting to the Business Support Manager. You will be providing administrative support to the team and help ensure the smooth day to day operations. Your key tasks will include (but not limited to) booking travel, formatting documents, responding to customer queries and maintaining fleet cars. We are looking for someone to work 3 days per week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This will be full time hours 8.30am to 4.30pm in the office. A full driver's licence is essential. You will need effective time, the ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive working with a diverse range of stakeholders is essential.
