Job Description He mea whakamiharo koe Management Accountant? (Are you an amazing Management Accountant?) We’re looking for a talented Management Accountant to help us keep the good energy flowing. This is an influential role combining management accounting, business partnering, financial systems improvement and people leadership. You’ll provide trusted financial advice and meaningful insights to help leaders make well-informed decisions, with a particular focus on operating expenditure and capital investment. Working closely with leaders across the business you’ll: provide accurate and timely management reporting, analysis and financial advice help leaders understand financial performance, including key trends, drivers, variances, risks and opportunities lead budgeting and forecasting for the business areas you support provide constructive commercial challenge to strengthen OPEX and CAPEX plans support regulatory information disclosure, audit and financial accounting requirements lead improvements to financial systems, reporting tools and processes identify opportunities to simplify and automate the way we work train and support people to use financial systems and processes effectively maintain strong financial controls and the integrity of financial information lead, coach and develop a small team, creating a collaborative and improvement-focused team environment.
