Fabricator / Glazier - Aluminium Windows and Doors Integrity Recruitment – Wellington, North Island Integrity Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and growing business in Masterton. We’re looking for someone with experience in either aluminium window and door fabrication or glazing to join their team. If you have experience in both, even better! This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in producing quality aluminium windows and doors, working as part of a team to ensure jobs are completed accurately, safely and on time. About the role Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include: Fabricating aluminium windows and doors Cutting, machining and assembling aluminium components Measuring, handling and installing glass Installing hardware, gaskets, beads and accessories Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specifications Operating machinery and power tools safely Quality checking completed work Working alongside the wider production team to meet deadlines What we’re looking for We’re open to candidates from either fabrication or glazing backgrounds. You'll ideally have: Experience in aluminium fabrication, glazing, joinery or a similar hands‑on environment Strong practical skills and confidence using hand and power tools The ability to read and follow technical drawings A strong eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work A reliable, safety‑conscious approach A good work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team If you can fabricate and glaze, that’s a real advantage but it’s not essential.
