You'll coordinate project activities, documentation, reporting, supplier relationships, and stakeholder communications to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. This role requires strong organisation skills, sound project coordination capability, and the ability to build positive working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating maintenance, improvement, and capital works projects Monitoring project budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables Managing project, procurement, and contract documentation Supporting supplier, contractor, and stakeholder engagement Maintaining project records, reporting, and compliance requirements Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and processes This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours work required to support projects and operational needs. Skills & Experience: At least 2 years' experience in project coordination, property administration, facilities coordination, or a similar role An understanding of project management principles and project delivery processes Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to collaborate, influence, and work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders Experience with procurement, contract administration, or facilities/property activities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach A full driver's licence and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi About Us: The Wise Group is a family of not for profit, community organisations sharing a common purpose: to create new opportunities for the wellbeing of people, vulnerable populations, organisations, and communities.
