Qualifications or Experience: You must have at least two years of relevant work experience in North Indian cuisine / South Indian cuisine / Indian Snacks & Sweets or a relevant qualification Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking all kind of Indian dishes Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items according to the establishment's recipe and standards Consistently monitoring the quality of dishes all the stages of preparation and presentation Measures, cleans, chops, blends, seasons, heats and cools food Train and supervise other kitchen staff (as per the requirement) Examining quality of food before it is delivered to the customer Cleans and maintains kitchen equipment and utensils Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment Portioning food and presenting it on plates Assist in menu planning including new items and recipes Inspects and selects ingredients for cooking Monitors and maintains inventory of food supplies and equipment Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
