Archway Recruitment – Christchurch, South Island Our client is a respected Christchurch architectural practice with a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, high-quality architecture across New Zealand. With a busy and diverse workload, they are looking to add an Architect or Senior Architectural Graduate to their team. This role will suit a well-rounded architectural professional who enjoys being involved throughout the entire project journey, from initial design concepts through to documentation, consultant coordination and project delivery. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, contribute to design outcomes, and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable designing, engaging with clients, resolving technical details, and producing accurate documentation. About you Hold an Architectural qualification and relevant NZ industry experience Registered Architect or working towards Registration Strong design capability and creative problem-solving skills Sound technical knowledge and understanding of NZ Building Code requirements Proficient in REVIT Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable managing workloads independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Enjoys working across multiple project phases from concept through to completion Proactive, organised and motivated to continue developing professionally What's on Offer Salary between $85k - $115k depending on experience Well-established Christchurch practice with a strong pipeline of work Varied projects and genuine involvement across all stages Supportive and collaborative team cultureOpportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression Flexible and people-focused working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
