Production Baker

We're growing quickly and looking for an experienced baker to join our small team. If you take pride in producing quality food, enjoy improving the way things are done, and want to work somewhere you're trusted rather than micromanaged, we'd love to meet you. The role You'll help produce our range of premium croquettes and donuts in our Christchurch production kitchen, working alongside a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do. You don't need to know our products - we'll teach you that. What we're really looking for is someone with the right attitude. Someone who cares about quality. Someone who sees a better way of doing things and speaks up. Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do. Someone who would enjoy 5am start each morning. What You'll Bring Minimum of two years previous baking experience, with good understanding of production and baking techniques (will consider commercial food production experience for the right person) Pride in producing consistently high-quality products A positive, team-first attitude The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work A willingness to learn, improve and develop new skills Confidence to contribute ideas and continuously improve our processes Strong attention to hygiene, food safety and quality standards The fitness to handle a hands-on, physically active role Why Join Fresha Foods?
